San Ramon Golf Club Wedding

San Ramon Golf Club with Wedgewood wedding center is located in the East Bay, San Ramon, CA. We all enjoyed the 6pm romantic wedding surrounded by the golf course greenery and fountains that helped to cool down the 104 degree heat.

Last but least my favorite image of the day. Sierra and Thomas were not afraid to show how passionate they were for each other and they gave plenty of time for wonderful wedding portraits. They will be taking a cruise to Greece and Turkey for their honeymoon. Congratulations Sierra and Thomas!

Tilden Park Wedding, Brazil Room Berkley

Todays wedding day started early at 6:30 am with bride getting ready pictures The. 10:30 am ceremony took place high up above the beautiful mountain range at Tilden Park overlooking a meadow. Another bright, beautiful California day for Rich and Anne's wedding. Bride looked very glamorous in her layered wedding dress.




Classical quitar player softly strummed a wedding hymn as the couple tied the knot.

Anne is a lawyer and Rich works for an investment company. They will be honeymooning in the Greek Islands. Congratulations Anne and Rich.

Crown Plaza Wedding - Milpitas

Kelly has a great smile. She was beaming throughout the day and looked beautiful in the beaded cream color wedding gown.



We had plenty of time for great portraits at the hotel before the ceremony.

Alvin looked so handsome too.

He is an excellent musician and serenaded his bride with a song during the ceremony, so romantic. We all joined the wonderful couple for the reception at the Crown Plaza. They will be honeymooning in Florida. Congratulations Kelly and Alvin!

Fairmont wedding - San Jose

I have not been posting for a while so here are couple of extra pictures from Jennie and Kevin's wedding.


Jenny got ready at her parent's house, the entrance and doorways were decorated with white balloons and colorful florals.


Little helping hand from the girls.


Kevin's groomsmen made sure he got to the Cathedral on time after his bath.


I had been looking forward to their wedding for a long time and here it was the magnificent Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph.


Wedding bliss.


The wedding party took the limo to the near by Japanese gardens, where flaming red Maple and the beautiful fall colors provided the backdrop for their portraits.

Back at the Fairmont hotel, the Regency room was elegantly decorated and the crystal chandelers sparkeling, ready for grand entrance.


The happy couple cashed in during their $$ dance and will honeymoon in exotic Bali.


Fairmont hotel is one of my favorite venues in San Jose, The elegant interiors with huge mirrors and glowing marble make a great place for evening portraits.


Last but least the couple took a spin at the nearby ice rink and yes the bride had brought her ice skates. The night was clear and warm as the ice prince and princess skated under the moon light. Congratulations Jennie and Kevin!

Wedding in a historical Theater

Julie and Colin celebrated their wedding in a historical Theater -
Great American Music Hall in San Francisco.
Towering marble columns, golden guilded mirrors with carved balconies and roof provided an elegant setting to celebrate their wedding.


The cake was beautifully decorated with floral blossoms and the tables with lovely floral arrangements.



Did you notice the bride wore red, that matched perfectly the interior paneling.
The guilded mirrors reflected the couples joy and love.


Then it was party time!
Couple's choice for honeymoon was London.

Sausalito Wedding - Casa Madrona

Another International wedding couple. Mylene, the bride's background is Persian and Cuban and the groom Thomas is from Germany. They celebrated with their family and friends whom most of them arrived from Europe just in time for a wonderful fall wedding in the lovely Casa Madrona hotel in Sausalito. What made their wedding even more special was the air show by the Blue Angels while the guests sipped cocktails on the deck. After the bride got dressed I skipped to the grooms room where I caught him ironing his shirt. Things were getting hot!
Portraits were taken at the Bay and by the fountain in town. Reception followed in the restaurant with spectacular Bay views. Congratulations Mylene and Thomas!

Claremont Resort Wedding

Carmen and Don's ceremony took place at the famous Saint Peter and Paul Church in San Francisco. Hollywood celebrities have gotten married here including Marilyn Monroe. Intimate reception followed at the historical Claremont Resort and Spa in Berkley. The hotel was an ideal place for bridal pictures. The happy couple will honeymoon in Mexico - Puerta Vallarta. Congratulations Carmen and Don!

Wedding Cruise

Lisa and Marc sealed their wedding wows aboard the Hornblower Yacht. Captain set the course for the wedding cruise. Table #1 was the perfect place to enjoy the wedding day and the passing scenery. Followed by dancing on the lower deck. Congratulation Lisa and Marc!

Hilton Hotel Wedding

Sim and Kelby tied the knot at the Hilton over looking the city in San Francisco.
Portraits were taken at the Legion of Honor and at the hotel. Passionate kiss on the escalator and then off to the Banquet dinner at Far East restaurant. Bride changed three times to beautiful evening dresses. Happy couple is on their way to their two week honeymoon in Hong Kong and Thailand. Congratulations Sim and Kelby!

Mission Santa Clara Wedding

Mission Santa Clara was the choice for Annora & Michael's wedding ceremony.



Reception was held at the Mission gardens amidst the blossoming rose gardens, What a beautiful day for a wedding and a great setting for bridal portraits.


The a quick stop at the Cypress Hotel for Bridal group pictures. Girls took time to splash in the fountain while boys were ruffing it on the couch:)


Traditional Tea Ceremony followed by a Chinese Banquet at the Joy Luck in Cupertino. Bride changed to a gorgeous antique Chinese dress, embroidered by hand with silver thread, featuring the Phoenix and Dragon uniting symbolically the male and female energies. Have fun in Paris on your honeymoon. Congratulations Annora and Michael!

Blackhawk Country Club wedding!

Blackhawk Country Club was the perfect place for Kira and Mark's ceremony and reception. Cascading waterfalls provided a romantic location for their bridal portraits. Later the 1937 vintage Rolls Royce picked the couple up and whisked them off to their honeymoon in Carmel. Congratulations Kira and Mark!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Wedding

Mandarin Oriental Hotel was the venue for the lucky couple wed on 7.7.07. Ceremony took place high above the city on the 40th floor deck with views of the Bay. Portrait session was held prior the ceremony at the Palace of Fine Arts. Then it was time for Champagne cocktail reception. Happy guests feasted on the 6 course gourmet dinner prepared by a famous chef which included Filet Mignon with selection of fine wines. Congratulations Helen and Mike!

V. Sattui Wedding

The happy couple had their dream wedding at the beautiful V.Sattui gardens surrounded by the Napa vineyards. The wine cellar glowed with candles, the guests enjoyed wonderful dinner and free flowing wine and champagne. The couple's choice for their honeymoon is Maui. Congratulations Robin and Todd!

Singapore - Sentosa Island Wedding

It always feels good to come back to Singapore. Even though it is always hot with humidity around 100%. Besides the colors, sounds and scents that make Singapore so unique, it is the people who are always so friendly, smiling and welcoming. This destination wedding was held at an upscale resort in Sentosa Island. Overlooking the China Sea, the couple exchanged their vows on a bluff just before the setting sun. The bride wore red, white and teal dresses. This year was busy, we travelled to Italy, Belgium, London, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore. Congratulations Tammy and Kevin.

Shakespeare Garden - Golden Gate Park Wedding

Karen and Saar wedding took place at the Shakespeare Garden in the beautiful Golden Gate Park. The Seattle based couple tied their wows while a string trio serenaded them. Did you notice the unique bridal gown and how the lush green gardens perfectly complimented the orange bride maids dresses. Reception was held at the French restaurant "Le Charme Bistro" which offers wonderful food. The lucky couple is off to three and a half week honeymoon to France and Spain - have fun and Congratulations.

Legion of Honor Wedding

Legion of Honor is one of our favorite locations for bridal portraits and weddings. The impressive architecture with Greek columns provide a breathtaking scenery high above the Bay. Rachel and Michael stayed at the trendy Hotel Triton close to the Union Square and their outdoor wedding ceremony took place at the Treasure Island overlooking the San Francisco Bay. Congratulations Rachel and Michael - have a great honeymoon!

Palace of Fine Arts bridal portraits

Sue and Jun decided to take additional bridal portraits after their wedding day. Sue dressed up in another beautiful designer gown and gave a breathtaking performance at the Palace of Fine Arts. We took out some more time and headed for the nearby beach and ended up with more great portraits of the couple with the Golden Gate Bridge on the background. All in all this second photo opportunity was a lot of fun and a great opportunity to work with the newly weds.

Westin St. Francis - Wedding Couple

Westin St. Francis was the choice for this fashionable bride and groom, all the way from New York. We had lots of fun during the bridal portraits, Sue caused quite a sensation on Union Square in her beautiful Ines De Santos designer gown. The scenic ceremony took place in a cliff side church, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. KimmSasso.com, the wedding consultant, flew over from N.Y. and pulled off a great job for the reception. Congratulations Sue and Jun!

V. Sattui - Napa winery wedding

Michelle and Tim chose the V. Sattui winery for their romantic wedding and reception destination. Beautiful wine country scenery with blossoming flowers provided the perfect backdrop for the outdoor ceremony. At sunset the guests enjoyed cocktails under the dim lghts on the courtyard. Michelle is a beautiful and talented lady. She sings, acts, dances and has performed on Broadway. Tim is a handsome Brit who invited his family from England (all six brothers and a sister), the groomsmen were dressed in tails of course. Dinner was served in the candelabras lit wine cellar. A live band serenaded the couple as they danced the night away under the stars. Congratulations Tim and Michelle!

Harvest Inn Winery Wedding – St. Helena, Napa

Winery wedding season is here and we got to spend a lovely day at the Harvest Inn in Napa with a wonderful couple, Debra and Brandon. Debra is absolutely beautiful in her fabulous gown and Brandon walked straight from a GQ magazine page. I have to admit, I love my job ! Congratulations Debra and Brandon, we had a great time shooting your wedding.

Saratoga Country Club Wedding

Vinci & John's dream wedding was well planned and organized. Bridal portraits were photographed prior to the ceremony at hotel Cypress while the group portraits were taken at the ceremony site. The hotel lobby area was perfect with wonderful decor and marble floors. The ceremony was held at the Saratoga Country Club. The flower arrangements were breathtaking. So was the reception room with the amazing cake. Vinci is very detail oriented and she made sure everything was perfect. Did I mention this girl likes diamonds ... on the dance floor she simply dazzled everyone with her beautiful necklace, earrings and of course the RING. Have fun on your honeymoon in Greece and Turkey!

Kristy and Carlos are a great couple. We took these portraits by the hotel pool side and at the lounge area. The last picture before the happy couple left for their honeymoon in Venice was under a streetlight I used for a dramatic but artistic effect. One of the most popular wedding sites in the San Jose area is the Dolce Hayes Mansion. This young adorable couple was heading to the ceremony site ... aren't they cute ....

Congratulations Marisa & Eddie

Love is a 1938 Caddie, just ask Marisa and Eddie.
The good looking couple got married at St. Paul's church in San Francisco. After the ceremony they hopped into the vintage Cadillac and we drove to the Golden Gate park where Marisa kicked up her heels and then it was party time.

Hotel Sofitel Wedding

Sanit and Aaron's wedding and reception was held at the very chic, European style hotel "Sofitel", Sanit had a beutiful suite with fantastic views on the top floor. The interior of the hotel was great for pictures and outside we had the Bay, we took lot's of great pictures. We wish you all the best.

Janette is model perfect on her wedding day. The emotional ceremony at a hilltop church with spectacular views (St Francis of Assisi), was followed up with a park photoshoot of the bridal party. All had fun and the girls outperformed the guys once more in "attitude". Stay tuned for more pics.

Thai Buddhist Temple Wedding

Last weekend’s wedding at a beautiful Thai temple was very special. At the center of this temple sits this most impressive golden Buddha. The fragrance of incense filled the room while the monks chanted and blessed the couple. Sunit and Aaron offered gifts of fruit, water, orchids, candles, ochre robes and monetary offerings in Thai tradition. Congratulations Alicia & Benny

Here are a few pictures from our last weekends wedding in the Sacramento Cathedral. Notice the large suspended ring below the rotunda with a magnificent cross. We stayed inside the cathedral for the bridal party portraits as the heatwave made outside photography pretty much impossible. I believe they turned out great.

Engagement sessions can be done in a scenic location, such as a park, beach or with interesting buildings on the background. Popular item for engagement couples is a large 16x20" collage print combining multiple prints in one.

Here are some pictures of Jamie and Randall's Sunday wedding at a local Country Club. Randall serenaded his new bride and Jamie just adored it. I don't know why but suddenly our lenses turned foggy.......seriously, maybe it was the desert heat:) We had so much fun. Couples should allow at least 45 minutes to 1 hour for their photo session, when they can be "alone" and just have fun.

The couple looked beautiful on their wedding day at a private Palmdale estate, the reception took place at Sunol Country Club.

Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know each other before the wedding day. We usually take about one hour at a nearby park or lake. Very casual and very fun. Can't wait for the wedding.

Gloria and Saul look very glamorous on their wedding day! We absolutely love the Portuguese "Five Wounds" church in San Jose. We had a great time taking lots of pictures in downtown Sunnyvale and enjoyed the reception at the Historic Del Monte. To close the day, Gloria and Saul posed at a nearby fountain and we captured the romantic glamour with our special Hollywood lights. Thanks for sharing your special day with us!

The wedding season is here and we're proud to share some of our recent weddings. Sarah and Don were a blast to work with and we had a good party time with a fun dance crowd.
